No one is losing any houses, since the currently owned houses (both private and FC ones) are grandfathered.

I wouldn't mind them changing the monthly fee so I'm paying in AUD and not EUR...
imo I think its fine how it is with the price. even before that i think taking up a lot of houses was frowned apon anyway..
If you feel you're not getting your money's worth the best option is to vote with your wallet and unsub. For those of us who enjoy the game, we're staying subbed. Myself included. Sure, I'll balance it out with other games but even with all these supposed "price hikes", I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth. So I'm staying subbed. What's that phrase again... "You don't pay my sub!"
Makes me think, what if SE were to quadruple the service fee for those who had hoarded houses? So from £8.99/mth to £35.96/mth. Of course, we'd probably need popcorn for the ensuing rage, but aside from that I wonder what would happen?
If you have alts on different worlds they can still be a part of an FC and have their own house.
Just not on the same world, which for that i expect the ability to add alts to your own property.
Before going full doom and gloom, wait for the housing site to go live.
I didn't realize housing was so important to people that the real world cost of the game should be changed for new restrictions. It's really not that deep.
First of all, I want to thank all your opinions and ideas. Just to reply some of them:
That is adding new content. Not exactly this thread’s topic, although related. The addition of new content, in terms of gameplay, is something applied to the whole player-base. In 4.2 they are changing, not only the content, but also the way that one specific kind of subscription works.
The measure itself doesn’t give a chance to anyone. It removes, indeed. Read it carefully.
What if I have already paid for a 6 month period on a Normal Subscription?
