Please make "Dataqi Chronicles" wait time between FATEs shorter

I'd have to say that if you didn't see it after 90 minutes then you were probably in the wrong place. The next one doesn't start from where the last one off. Looks like i've done this four times as i've got four standards (the reward). At least two of those were by accident - I just happened to be there and picked up the chain after it had started. You don't have to be there from the beginning. Here is a good reference for the fate:

One way is to get a hunting group together to do it. Thats worked for me but I hunt often. Could also try PF?

I was fate grinding and watching the map. I know it doesn't spawn in the same spot as I got up to the cyclops. Azim Steppe is pretty much dead so there is a slim to 0 possibility that someone else cleared it. I typically am the one who clears Duty (where you gather the milk).

if you were waiting 90 min in between fates something went wrong or you did something wrong. there are like 2 breaks in the fate chain one is like 20 min the other 10 min I think.

3 breaks in the fate chain and Reddit agrees with me and the OP. I was in the zone the entire time and the next one after Duty never spawned. The NPC's don't die that fast, so I know it was nothing I missed.

There are no other conditions. Why are you so opposed to shortening the wait time? This is purely a QoL adjustment.

If the dev team had infinite resources then sure - re-evaluate the wait time. Change it to 10 min or 5 min. I found the wait irritating and am not opposed to changing it. However, there is a certain amount of effort required to change the wait time and I would rather have the dev team spend that effort elsewhere. Like on housing or bots in PVP or opening up the diadem for small groups or <your fav goes here>

(In the software group where I work it takes 1/2 day to do any change to the live system - and our product is no where as complicated as FFXIV. I am guessing it would take them at least that long. )

Agreed but making a request and it is up to the Dev team to evaluate the priority. Don't need players shooting down simple QoL adjustments as we should really let the Dev's decide whether or not they have the bandwidth. As a software developer I am sure your group looks at requests based upon how many times it is asked for and figures out when and if it can be done. Why shoot down other players?

I would like to add my vote to have the wait time between Fates reduced.

This is the only achievement FATE I haven't been able to complete, partly because i never seen beyond "The Dataqi Chronicles: Desperation", the enemies will destroy anyone soloing and kills the NPCs very quickly.
