All houses + apartments were gone last patch when they added housing to Shirogane and within less then 15 mins i would say. (I was in a queue of 1700 so had no chance)
Leviathan rarely sees turn overs for housing, though fun to note that before housing in Shirogane there was lots of apartments available. Still keep watch something may come available and someone earlier did post some apartments are free now.
As far as 4.2 is all they will be doing is adding more wards again...

1) each ward has its own apartment building, including each subdivision. So at minimum there are 12 wards x 4 housing zones x number of apartments in a building x 2 subdivisions apartments

2) You GC of choice doesn't limit where you can live. Being high enough rank in any GC gives you access to live in the other city wards as well. The only other limitation is being far enough in MSQ to have access to each housing area.

No. There is apartments in every single ward AND subdivision. And like everyone above me said... you can buy an apartment in any ward you want you don't have to be in Adder to buy in Lav beds. You don't have to be in Maelstrom to buy in Mist. You don't have to be in Flames to be in Goblet. And Obviously there is no GC for Kugane.

Also already mentioned OP: Apartments are IDENTICAL to FC rooms. So if the Apartments are truly 100% full on in everyward and subdivision your server you can buy an FC room for a lower price than an apartment.

I hate our housing system and it sucks but please look up information before coming here to flame/rage for your own lack of knowledge.

Possible... but if the OP was really a troll I have the feeling they would have been back by now to fan the flames and stir people up again. Their lack of response makes me believe that they (finally) did some research and checked the info that everyone here has given them and are now too embarrassed at their own ignorance and overreaction to post again.
