SE is infamous for double or even triple billing. If he had it select to pay with crysta, it should have used his crysta. Now I'm going to check to see if they used my crysta, or billed me for the amount it would have taken for crysta.
they will stop when the company, in a pay per play game, gets their acts together. stop trolling posts that have people having issues paying for the game.

Moral of the story? Avoid giving your credit card numbers to companies whenever possible. And don't let them store it if you do.
Still, the CS should have been more accommodating , considering Square is kind of the underdog in this war right now. Bleeding players due to incompetent CS isn't helping their cause any.

well, you do realize that being able to pay for a game to be able to play it is part of GENERAL discussion don't you? i'm playing just fine. there are people that cannot due to pathetic payment options set up in a game that has been released over a year. i'm not the one trolling those people that are having issues. look in the mirror if you want to see the troll.

They havent, they havent been billing for over 1 year they just started, if they had been billing they would have squashed any bugs then rather than now, I still say this was probably the OP's fault, until I see something that says there was a problem from SE, because a billing problem can cost them alot of money, so they test the billing systems alot, the last thing they want is to be sued.
