Seriously tho SE come on! uve had problems with ur payment methods/prices, and even games since like 2001. Even world of warcraft and Dark Age of Camelot had better and easier systems than what ur working with and that's why i loved DAoC so much! It rocked and it came out before FF11 >.> I MEAN COME ON shape up or ship out! seriously in FF11 i remembered hearing soooo much of blame SE or SE fails... And now even after everything you learned for 8 years you still screwed up wow guys.... srsly guis srsly o.o.
You need to start improving SE.

You know, if you all are getting the same guy - maybe if one of you phones him up you can ask him if he's doing both the online and phone support. It really sounds like they gave him so little "powers" that he can't do much for... well.. anyone in general.
