Dungeon gear is nearly useless

Desynth, sell, turn it in for seals, save it for your next job (this is what I did for all MCH drops since MCH was my next job and I don't have to buy as much gear from the MB anymore).

Belts. Keep them coming.

Erm, well no.
This has been seen on other mmos and many hate it (me included).
After tanking a crazy savage for hours, I get a super sword with tons of Skill Speed... no thanks.
You can always greed gear for GC seals or desynth, so it's never a waste.

Its really the only thing people liked from exploratory missions, why not bring that aspect to dungeon gear as it might actually prove more useful than seeing the message "item was unobtainable".

If anyone has a good answer to why the system is currently like this, and why it shouldn't be improved, please let me know.
