SMN does not need Sustain back. It needs an Enhanced Rouse.

Because resummoning the pet can be a waste of mp unless it is actually dead. The MP lost could of been used to continue DPS output, although MP used to cast will be reduced come 4.1. So perhaps such an idea could work then but with Sustain returning it probably wouldn't matter anyway.

Because I try to keep Swiftcast available for Raise or Bahamut phase.
