For Conjurer, they could make it so that in passive stance your healing spells have higher potency, while active stance boosts your attack spells. (removing the cleric stance skill)
For THM... idk

Any target that has an effect that would be canceled due to being hit, would be undone by an archer or mage with ranged auto attacked. This has been in many other threads, so I am no going to "debate" it here. Ranged Auto attack was not in FFXI for the same reason, and it wont be in FFXIV.
Whats the world "tic" timer set on? 3 seconds?
Anyway, I feel that they should allow you to regenerate MP after no action is taken, and you have no aggro, from the time of your last action, starting at the timing between tics.
By this I mean, If you are in passive mode and you regen some HP/MP, from the time it stops to the next time it starts, should be the amount of time required to have not taken an action until regen starts in general, reguardless of active or passive mode.
They should make use of TP or at least rename it for magic classes and give us access to more powerful spells that require both MP and "TP" to use....Ancient magic perhaps?
my moogle wand gives me mp back when i hit with it and does i cool star effect:)
I strongly agree with this thread.
There's no reason for me to look so relaxed and nonchalant when a giant fire demon is terrorizing my party. :I
Active: M.Att+
Passive: MP regen+
Active would be useful for solo. Passive for parties.
Oh, I know!
What about: Idle animation while recovering MPs and/or HPs? That could be an eyecandy =)
"I hate having to switch from active/passive mode so often, please change it or remove it completely!"
"I hate not ever needing to switch to active mode, please give me a reason to!"
