90 days worth of purchased game time after having registered Stormblood. Some of us who were regularly subbed managed to time it right to get it in the first roll-out of the mount.

Basically, you buy Stormblood, register it to your account, then buy a 90 sub card for that account. You have until September 30th. You should get it on the October rollout.

So i should cancel my monthly sub and get a 90 day's card, that way i will get the mount. That's a bit silly though cause doesn't that mean i'm wasting money since my monthly sub isn't finished yet?

If you've had a continuous subscription with no breaks, you'll get the mount. They just have 2 delivery dates. September 5th and October 5th. Those who were already eligible got it on the earlier date, those paying month to month won't yet have accrued the 90 days within the required period, so they'll be on the second date.
