Make completely new summons for summoner.

As I mentioned in the other smner thread Im sure that the Primals will be used in Version 2.0 but also we have the 12 and the other Deity's to pick from as avatars. Since it is still unclear why we have to pick a deity and thus them saying we can change it later on.

I like the OP's idea. I think it's great. But because people are lame and don't like new stuff they should do a mix. They should take some of the older FF games as well as make some new ones.

You would still have access, though limited, to the ones listed as Primals, that is if they didn't change their minds about only one Company being able to summon them at a time, or something like that, I vaguely remember the quote.

The FFXII summons were from Tactics and Tactics advanced (and A2 by extension), but they all designed based off of an awkward theme. They seemed to be designed more like villains are usually.

I know they have a lot to choose from, but personally, I feel that most of them are either just as awkward as the Ivalice summons, or just meh, and using uncommon or lesser known summons are just the same for most people as using new ones, that's why I'd like them to create all new ones so that they can design them to fit the content, and not design the content to fit the summon.

Sometimes I ponder if I want to play summoner. :C Just because I won't be able to summon Ifrit without 7 other people, which is lame. Just let that be Summons 2hour again, but make it however long since it is a trump card.

I've gone through the list of summons wiki and imma list all the ones I would think plausible.

Atlanta only came up with the Georgia expansion.

Doomtrain from 8 and Hades from 7 were some of my favs. Also a magus sisters summon would be cool.

i would choose ff13 summons anytime in exchange for those ff12 summons that are just not for me, didn't like any of them

As long as the list includes Valefor.
