What FF character could be a good trial?

My dream preference is that the next tier of Omega follows the trend of highlighting an older Final Fantasy game, (Maybe VI? So we can get Kefka. Or possibly IV and get the four fiends etc)
THEN following that, a tier where Omega thinks, "Hmm, these specimens are really trashing these villains.... But what about Heros?" So we get a gauntlet of Protagonists or important supporting good guys from the old games.
Fighting Four Onion Knights (Or Luneth and his group), Firion or the Warrior of Light could both bring their party's along as well. I think there's a lot of potential for complex multi target fights similar to the Paragons of the Klaxxi fight back in MoP, (one of my favorites)

Exnine Knights from WoFF.

Otherwise, I would like to fight boss from FF9, and good guys from different FF (to change).
For example : Noel, Serah | Noctis, Gladio, Ignis, Prompto | Tidus, Auron, Yuna | etc.

I would love Ultimecia, one of the best bosses in FF, not to mention the battle themes Premonition and The Extreme, I keep those on repeat always <3

I fear that is the direction Omega will end up going.

I would love to see Kefka and Shantotto.

I would love if they brought the FFX boss that made me break 3 controllers into the game...probably saying his name will cause some PTSD flashbacks for some. But, I'd love if they made a trial or raid built around Penance.

To an earlier response, I wanted to make a discussion based on wishful thinking, regardless of what Yoshi P had said in the past. That shouldn't limit us on what we would love to see, and then start theorycrafting what those fights would be like. We're all fans of the series here.

If we're pulling from FF10, then I definitely second a fight with Yunalesca. That fight was a pain, so I would love to see a unique mechanic going on here, like what we had with Catastrophe and the floating mechanic. Except this one revolves around being a zombie to avoid instant death. Can you imagine how brutal her fight would be? And the music would be absolutely epic.

Well, Xande is pretty much the main antagonist of FFIII for most of the game, so this rule's definitely been broken.
