They did I looked and found no mention of it... hmm I guess Im not as skilled and using search as I thought and if they commented what were the comments? It makes no practical since to just leave it out.
edit* Relooked only mention of water is people thinking cure is water based in the thread about cure potency other then that nothing unless Im searching with the wrong key words ~_~
