If we'd be getting wings that look like that then absolutely not...

i would love wings to be used as a mount, and lore wise it could even be a summoner / scholar exclusive mount if they did healing exclusive mounts.

lore wise it wouldn't be to hard to explain, moogle magic since it works in the 'wedding' ceremony, plus there is a flying sword in the game, and a egg, and two yokai mounts, and a fart powered turtle, so it would add a bit of variety :D

I have wings already as paladin, but for some reason every time I try and fly with them they dissapear!

People have previously argued against wing mounts which could have looked much better, so that outfit is probably the only way we'd get wings. We got the bardings already though so I don't have my hopes up. Other regions got them at the same time I think.

Still giving my thumbs up for wing mounts, and here's an example of an existing wing model in-game. Something that already exists can't be out of place, right? :)

FInal Fantasy has some kind of an history with wings anyway, throught character (Sephiroth of course, comes to mind), limit breaks and, of course, monsters so that would not surprise me.

Not getting into the argument itself as I am not invested in the topic enough, but this particular argument is absolutely wrong. If something is a player problem, it is a 99% of the time also a developer problem. If poor art direction and eyesore glamours and mounts are causing players to unsubscribe or not subscribe in the first place, thats not just a player problem.

I liked Yokai as a one off I guess, but how many collaborations/ridiculous glamours until we become PSO2?

2 things really.

1, damn I'd forgotten how ugly those angel/devil wing robes are.

2, yokai, turtle, easter egg, etc. are all novelty mounts, you rarely see them out in the world because they're just not very cool. A lot of people think wings are cool, they'll be absolutely everywhere forever once they're released.

Actually those are some pretty spectacular wings, I love them. They wouldn't fit in this game, though.

Honestly thought this thread was for a mount being an angel dragging someone by their ankles.

Besides, if we're talking Aion, there's way better options for mount inspiration.
