thats not always the case, I'm running a wolfdale i7 4ghz cpu with 32gb ddr3 ram with 3tb harddrive, plus a geforce gtx 1070 and my machine is 2 years old, yet it has the same issues as the op.

its not an instant fix with more instances, its to speed up the clearances faster than what is possible on a single instance. With that said the following is the biggest problem and hinderance to others getting the horns to get the mount.

there is also the misconception that the mount drops from the fate when that is not the case, from trolls probably.
