I think Nasomi is referring to the %tax you have to pay when you put up the item. Selling a weapon in weapon ward has a smaller tax rate than putting weapon up for sale in clothier ward.

Vendor tax to the seller. Convenience fee to the buyer.

No, i was refering to the delivery fee. I know abut the sales tax, that's normal. but the delivery fee is paid byt he lazy person or by the seller and lazy person?
