Thinking about transferring

Looks like it's still listed as a preferred world. Why's it not an option?
Just curious if I missed something since some friends of mine have been planning to come over too.

As of last night it had an X next to it while Goblin, Mateus and Zalera had circles next to them. If you look at Balmung and Gilga they also have X's too, so I'm assuming that means Coeurl is currently not a choice.

Looks like as of 6 a.m. this morning Coeurl is back as an option.

How soon do you get your home/apt. reimbursement and the bonus gil?
