a 3rd NA data center maybe?

now I am seeing a lot of threads for more servers when throwing more servers especially on the NA data centers we got now is a super bad idea just need a 3rd one before we even think of new ones

if people would actually leave the over populated servers and balance the load across the data center things would improve. FYI a DATA CENTER MOVE IS AN UPGRADE TO SERVERS. Do you honestly think they just picked up the servers and physically moved them? Anyone that thinks this does not at all understand what a datacenter move is. That means the data was actually TRANSFERED to a new server. However we have had so many people trying to access even new servers couldn't handle the loads.

A new set of servers were installed.... that's what a data center move means. They MOVED THE DATA.

people aren't going to leave, and that's why it would be more beneficent to just transfer balmung or gilga to a new data center this way we don't have as many over populated servers all mashed together on one data center

No I don't misunderstand. The over all game population of the 2 NA data centers do not require the addition of more servers. What is required are the people on the OVERPOPULATED servers take advantage of the free movies and all the bonuses and extras and MOVE to a less populated server to balance the load on the data center. But people are selfish and want SE to cater to a fraction of the player base in NA because they want to stay put. They have given solutions to the issue. It is the fault of the players who are complaining and refusing to take the solutions offered.

And if you go to a server like famfrit or others you'll be in the game in less than 5 minutes.

but the solution offered wants a lot of people to move off an NA data center to a EU data center where they will suffer from higher ping, if NA had a new data center with a new server atleast they could move to a server on a NA data center and not sffer the ping
