Still have all day befor we see the patch notes, they do a live reading of it tonight @E3 7:30pm est, we were told this 2 days ago. Befor E3 even started.

Perhaps, but if you note its maintenance you'll see it will come up around the same time as the servers themselves. XD

Patch note will be out sometime around 7pm est, around the same time they do the live reading at E3 tonight.
