A lot of people are going to be leveling and doing their roulettes, all available roulettes. This includes running older content. Unsynced duties don't give experience. Everyone wants experience again starting with Stormblood, so you'll be fine. I was actually helping someone clear some older level 60 dungeons yesterday and the queue popped crazy fast.

The Crystal Tower is still ran regularly. It can take a while, but Wondrous Tales alone, plus ingredients for Anima Steps seem to encourage people to queue up. I expect the same to be true for the Sky Pirate raids, and who knows, maybe at some point we get a Alliance Raid Roulette.
Alexander may be harder, but I still see people running Bahamut once in a while, so I bet that may also still be a thing. EX runs may be slow queues in duty finder, you will be the bane of mentors, but those are best done with a party finder anyways. I hope they never give strong incentives to do EX trials, though. I don't have any fun doing those. -

In Coils, there are portions where the insta-kill mechanics can't kill you at level 60th... so instead it breaks the whole thing and locks you in the instance. It wasn't designed with level 60 play in mind... it did that to me when I went through it unsynced. Its why I stopped. No one queues for it, and running it unsynced can break it.
This could also turn out to be the case in Alex too, but we'd have to see. -

Here's how it's likely to work out:
- Level 51-59 Dungeons: These will continue to be included in the Leveling Roulette, so there should be very little change here.
- Level 60 Dungeons: These should all be part of the Level 60 Roulette. It's likely these will be less populated once Stormblood goes live. Like the current Level 50 Roulette, they'll probably see some action once people are max level and working on tomestones again, since the roulette bonuses are usually good sources of tomestones.
- Normal Mode Primals: These are already generally only run once either as part of the MSQ or the Warring Triad sidequests. The major difference in Stormblood will be the option to run these unsynced.
- Extreme Mode Primals: Bismark and Ravana are already part of the Wondrous Tails rotation, and it's likely that the others will get added to that rotation at some point. It will be possible to run these unsynced, and it's likely that's how most people will run them, in order to farm birds and/or glamour items.
- Normal Mode Raids: The unsynced option will likely be added here, but these will probably become like Normal Mode Primals, with people primarily running them to complete the story and unlock Savage mode.
- Savage Mode Raids: These should end up being like Coil has been in Heavensward, with the option to run them unsynced. This will trivialize some floors, but others (especially those with instant-kill/instant-wipe mechanics) will still require some of the mechanics to be completed correctly, although DPS and healing requirements will still be trivialized.

Other fights that have automatic one shot mechanics have to be done, over all everything is just take it, heal through it.Quote:
