Me: Hey ingo well im trying to resolve a issue i have been having since this morning regarding my pre-order purchase of Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood Collectors edition on PSN
Me: i purchased it have a purchase confirmation number , called to resolve a issue with it not showing that i ever purchased it , was refunded to purchase it again . did so and its still showing that i never purchased it . in my download queue it says Pre-order payment failed tho it shows that the pre order bonus items are in queue
Me: Normally the queue should say waiting for a pre-order which it isnt on this item
