From what I remember even though the lodestone was on maintenance certain parts of it was accessible like news and that's it so people could still see the patch notes even though the lodestone was having maintenance.

Aren't they doing patch note reading tonight at E3 during live letter?

no. patch note reading is thursday

Well, mind you, the Live Letter is this evening, so, uh... not entirely impossible to get preliminary patch notes this evening?

i have herd from my friends discord theres going to be a patch reading in the live letter, so we might get the paliminary notes then or just after E3

Patch notes are being read on Thursday. Live Letter is tonight at 4:30pm PDT. We'll probably still get the prelim patch notes tonight like the HW prelim notes were posted 6pm 6/16/15 (7 days before launch)

This hype might kill me RIP q.q sooo excited
