Bug: Mounts in Frontlines being resist to bind/heavy/pushback

This isn't a game breaking issue. Maybe bring up something more urgent. I don't mind this if it's intentional.

That's an odd sentiment O.o Trivial, or not, bugs should get reported.

But anyways, it was moved to "accepted bugs." So yeah, sounds like it was unintentional and they intend to fix it.

I noticed it right after ther Garo event started,
honestly before the Garo Event it was all way harder to find someone riding a mount in front of you careless of the heavy mechanic if hitted and so someone said me "maybe if you get heavy resistance before it will protect you even from that kind of heavy"

I have found warden's paen not popping sometimes and then popping for second debuff. But I see bard didnt have paen up. Might be when people complain about lag. Wouldn't shock me if some skills registering and not. But I had a BLM mounted in roughly the same spot bound and push with no affect. Am I missing a skill BLM would have let them escape a pushback?
