Stormblood weapon ilvl?

A dps could get away with leveling all the way to level 70 with 260/270 but a tank should start replacing their gear around 65.

Bingo. i260/270 gear will be fine all the way to 70. If you get a better piece from a dungeon or quest, by all means replace, but it won't be necessary.

If there is a primal trial between level 65 and 70 with 1 or 2 dmg check mechanics, then please upgrade at least the weapon
