I'm just hoping the Rekka NPC for the Garo event doesn't have weirdly translated dialogue. Using "protector" instead of "guardian" for the achievement to gather all the makai gear is already worrying, but if they include a poorly translated recitation of the "where there is light" monologue, I'll be mega butthurt. Unless the Protector achievement gives us the Makai Knight title, in which case I'll accept all the memes they throw at me in exchange for finally replacing Gentlewoman.

Only replicas for the sharpened relics but not the rest? Lazy SE, I want my Sultan's fists.

..you already can get the replica of the sultan fist, i'm using a replica of the i240 AST. There's an NPC near gerolt in Azys Lla, some floating node that sells the replica.

If they tried to even do it again with all the Scions I'm pretty sure people would find it very negative simply because they are doing it again. Similar reason for why I don't think either Papalymo or Yda will die since they just got back and we already had a situation of "come back just to die after" (well more like written-out of doing anything major in the story but still).

That said I could see one of the Scions dieing in 4.0 itself and it actually sticking. Only one I can't see is Y'shtola based on marketing and even then she currently has some a good ol death flag on herself.

To be fair here, that situation in the spoilers is something a LOT of people do in co-op games. Myself included when with friends.

The way it emphasizes and friends makes me think they're going to do a dumb with the Tupsimati. And when it comes to freeing Ala Mhigo, people are prone to doing dumbs.
So I'm imagining a scenerio more like this:
Thancred: IMMA KILL HIM!
Y'shtola: He's a friend!
Thancred: I'VE GOT A PHOENIX DOWN

Anyway, I'm most likely going to do the Beast Tribe first for that silly dance before the MSQ.

I get the feeling if either Yda or Papalymo were to do something stupid with the Tupsimati regarding Ala Mhigo, it's Yda...

And I'm getting a feeling something stupid is going to happen which leads to the Ascians getting a hold of it.
