Stupid reason to report someone

I play DPS and healer on those.
Most of the time a11 wipes just because of a healer skill factor, I do not know what it is. i rarely go DPS on a11 anymore because of it.

I seen a few wipes here and there because of one healer staying in clearic full time and not helping, or straining me more due to lack of aetherflow management on their part.

Even with all that, I never seen someone go off on another saying they need to dps more. I feel something is being left out of the story. Like you said something, and the comeback was something of the lines of dpsing more. Still it does not make sense and DF can be very toxic at times. Still they can't report you for not dpsing as a healer, if that is the only reason.

For the guildhest, that does not make much sense because it really does not matter on that. The "tell him off" depending what you said can be a valid report. If it was me I would shrug it off and just say I do dps as healer. Might of just been a healer main that sees other healers not dps.

I love the "I play how I want" type of argument when they call the other player a bossy elitest.

It normally comes down to efficiency and when you are taking a break, not doing anything and getting carried, even in something as minor as a guildhest, then you get nasty at that person who asks you to do something.

I think you are calling the wrong person an elitest there.

I already saw a healer dpsing but lets people die and heal them is too late . This healer got blamed. Why have a healer cant heal as he is supposed to but just dps ?

Dps if u can, if not just heal.

Healer goal is not lets the team die , not really dps or dps too much.

The game is made so that as a healer you should be DPSing when nothing is happening, if you're just feeling lazy at least don't give attitude about it, just pretend to be bad.

No. Learn how to manage your job.

I have to learn my rotations, when to use cooldowns, when to hold off, I need to keep this that the other over there constantly flowing, I need to time certain attacks via my timers, switch stances, in other words how to be the most effective player I can be in my slot. If not then I do not have a spot in that party/group/whatever.

And if I wanted to I could just go on auto-attack because the other dps is doing great and I'm still technically contributing and doing my job, not as good as that other guy but I'm still doing what I am supposed to so that's cool right? It's my sub after all and that maybe how I want to play and you cant tell me different cause it is my sub, you shouldn't be able to boot me from a party either.

I expect no less from a healer than I do from any other role.

The drk was guilty of being impatient and abrasive, you are guilty of wasting (thus disrespecting) his time. Its one thing to not know how to dps, its another to knowingly waste somebody elses time.

Many people here will unhelpfully feed you platitudes about healers shouldn't dps. But if you want to get anywhere to the level of an effective healer, it is a skill you have to master. Otherwise these kicks will become more common in endgame content.

Get that notion of healers only heal out of your repetoire. The healer is a beautiful high impact class that can do many things that a party needs. To deny this potential due to some misguided principle is to deny your party of an extremely high impact role slot.

Im saying some healers ( no all healers ) just forget to heal when they dps and forget to take off their dps mode to heal. So, the team die when this one takes too long to see he forgot to heal a minimum and take off his dps mode.

And you don't pay our subs while standing around and contributing nothing... aside from one Cure II in 30 seconds? When 1/3 of your spells are dps-oriented? A legit reason for afk dismissal.

See, it can go both ways.

This game has been designed in a way where everyone have to DPS, healers included.

Except Healer Damage is not calculated into the Total DPS required for the current End-Game Raids.

Think of it as a nice Bonus!

That Report gets thrown away anyway into the "Different-Playstyles" - Trash Can. That's all and nothing more will happen.

If someone tries to force you playing the Style they want, this is actually a Report worth, but nothing else dependend on if you want to DPS or not.
