Considering who it is, I'm not sure. They seem awfully familiar and I think they posted several topics
a year or two ago about how much they dislike this game, and recently posted about a FFXI /T thread

Just look at other Scions, Korean/Chinese, maid, and the recent FFX outfits,
do you think Yoshi will give them to you for free? I don't think so.

If you are willing to pay few bucks, then we may get those beautiful clothes very soon.
Let's be realistic, this is what Yoshi really wants.

If you refuse to pay, you will never get them
you are asking for something that will never happen.

NPC outfits have been cash shop items so far, so it's obvious that this one would be as well, otherwise it wouldn't even be made.
Isn't it better to have it than not have it at all? o.o

So you've proven to SE you're willing to throw a decent chunk of money at them for adding a 1 into each of your characters database entries separately, but you want them to start making the outfits account bound? You already voted with your wallet, no refunds on that vote. You've given them no reason to change this.

Despite all the other cash shop threads, this one's actually legit. There's no way they're adding Yugiri in any other way, and it is a nice outfit they probably will add eventually.

Not that I'm buying it. I'm anti-cash shop.
