Also, ofc I am aware that the topic is adressed from time to time in the game (which makes sense, given the setting and human nature in general).
There is a huge difference though between "I know there probably are brothels in some backstreet in Ul'dah" and "I can visit one and do whatever you dreamed up and interact with the NPCs".

Like others said, if you have such a need to see/imagine naked lalas and whatever, you are free to find one (or several) ERP partners to do whatever with in the privacy of your home.
Or just visit deviantart or tumblr. The things I accidently stumbled over while looking for FFXIV drawings...*shudder*
