maybe its just my crappy day at work but wow, so a week delay for the real stuff. kind of annoying by now.
Depends on how big the system changes are, really.
System changes = revamping the way you can equip actions. Bye bye freedom. It was said a while ago that they wanted to only low tier actions to be equippable cross class...i bet this is one of thea aspects that might be added now.
Basically, adding SJ..."because in FFXI was like this".
But a thing that piss the hell out of me is this..."friday news"! They toss the bomb and "K! Cya Monday!" and then we stay at least 2 days without a single info regarding what was posted :/ It's like if they wanted the info to be flamed :/
I have no idea what kind of changes they are planning, but I hope that they reflect them on the monsters too because they all die the same damn way. That's the definition of boredom. (am talking about exp grinding monsters so all monsters other than NMs and such) so the majority of them.
An example,
Make monsters for example hit hard but miss more kinda like MRD
so a MNK evasion tanking would make sense rathar than a GLD
and viceversa so a GLD would make more sense tanking than a MNK.
Make monsters hit fast so THM can make blind worth it and make the thing last longer
make monsters buff themselves so we can have dispel, it adds alot.
make monsters do shit that make sense to have a different camp based on what jobs are available in the party.
let monsters not link as much as they do now and if they do all party members should wipe, so we can play tactically rather than storm in and get as much kills for chains, so we can think oh it's fun and challenging playing this game and not think only about the exp.
and please make a death more meaningful so people think before they act, so death is a learning experience not just something that happens when HP reaches 0.
Oh I just thought of an idea (actually it's from FFXI). They might make it like, for example:
You are a lvl40 *insert class here* - you can only grab and equip skills lvl20 and below (from any class)
Kinda like from FFXI with mainjob/subjob system right?
Err....Oh well, I'm just too excited to know what really is going on. D:
He's saying, roughly, that the full detailed class ability lists we'll have to wait a few days for, but the explanation of concepts and reasons behind stuff being added/removed for each class will come sooner because we need to know about it in order for the class lists to make sense.
Edit: So, basically, what Rukkiri said on the dev tracker, really.
For real Uvian? He said on the weekend, today is Friday for us. You do realize that all his information needs to be translated.. and I'm sure they'll release it at the same time.. so it quite possibly is done, and they are waiting on translations so they can release it all at the same time. That's my guess. I hate seeing posts like this... next time read around man.
