Well yeah, its the same as iTunes TOS, you just click accept! But most of the stuff in the TOS is common sense (or maybe that's just me).

why u didnt ask if u were able to buy the portraits? , FC nowaday have tons of credits (800k u said) , ask the leader or some officer , if they have "OPEN" everything to everyone , it looks like a good social FC to stay with ....u didnt "steal" per se....but it was a "·$"·% move.

losing your reputation in that server for some lame portraits isnt worth it

Not sure about the FC not being ban for announcing it, or at least the player doing it, SE does not like public denunciation, even if it's deserved :/ (which is, in some cases, such a shame cause some people would deserve to be named regarding some attitude we can see in PF....)

You probably won't be banned but, by doing it and tralking about it on the forum, it might be hard for you to find a new FC cause people might see you as a thief and bad reputation tend to stick on people ^^"

If you need to wait for the leader or officers to be online and ask for their permission, doesn't that defeat the purpose of the rank settings that give permission to take things whenever?

If they let every rank use them, then they should expect every rank to use them. They can complain about robbing all they want, but there's no such thing as "withdrawing permission afterwards". If they had certain expectations about what people can and can't take and after what amount of time of being in the fc, they should have set the ranks accordingly.

OP - awesome post! - I did something wrong, but it was their fault for letting me!

Tip - don't use this as a defense if you ever find yourself in court - it really wouldn't go well.

THis forum is a joke. Really? He said he robbing in a FC and you says with a "DOn't worry you won't be banned"?
