I pretty much like all the playable races....I'm just not very good at making really good looking characters, my FFXI character was a elvaan, and i was going to make one in FFXIV but in the end decided to go with a Miqo for my character Nici...after making dozens and dozens of different characters a female miqo just had a more pleasing look, i recently switched to an Au'ra and like the different look, i also had a female Lala on a different server playing with friends but she also made the switch to a Hyur midlander not too long ago and am quite pleased with her look.
Lol Nici looks so neglected as she is still level 53...i havn't even started any of the HW stuff, just been spending most of my time on my friends server playing my midlander hyur to give her the proper attention and catch her up in content, hopefully i'll make some time in the coming months and get her leveled and caught up.

I always adore male Hyur Highlander, male Roegadyn, and male Miqo'te Seeker of Sun.

I can't play them because big races feel slow to me, but Fem roe will always hold a special place in my heart.

I'm stuck between female miqote and female au ra.
Only reason I really like miqote is because voice... 4? or 3, one of those is super cute and plus their emotes are adorable.
I like being female au ra because... I dunno, I guess their hairstyles.
On the other hand I love seeing male au ra's :rolleyes:

The Elezen. But I do not play this race. I dunno. They're just so otherworldly beautiful. It's more than their height and looks, which helps lol. But also their grace and honour.
Male Miqo'te are such bad boys! Especially NINs HOMG! Sorry, guilty :p Their animation makes me think of Zane from IX who was one of my all time favs. The females are pretty much the best pattycake partners ever.
I'll also point out that Hyur Highlanders are nice to look at. They have those impressive physiques gained by rigorous training and dedication.
I can name something for each, which is why I chose the very 'normal' Midlander as I like to be simple. I'll glamorize a weathered tunic, I kid you not.

There was a time when I was TOTALLY in love with Miqote and I could play nothing but a Miqote. But for some reason, Lalafell grew on me so much with their adorable cuteness and high-pitched voices that I find myself really wanting to be one on my main character too!

Elezenettes and Roegadames are amazingly awesome but there is a lack of them on Behemoth only see them in Duty Finder >.<

I have only played as highlander hyurs since I've started. I'll probably never change cause I really love my toon. However, I really like looking at Au Ra females. They're mostly the perfect blend of cute and sexy, like little dolls. I want to collect them all!
I can never play one though. Hyur for life
