Class Request: Necromancer

Please, dear God, no.

Let's keep this game Final Fantasy, please.

It might be cool for dark knight to have some necromantic-like abilities though.

I personally feel there are alot of games with better necro classes then AoCs, but thats just me. I admit I do love the necro classes in many many games, and would love to se it in FFXIV. I would also like to see an enchanter/hypnotist type class that can charm any mob with mind control or magical enchantment kind of thing or at least.

I do not like the idea of more then one pet, though, balance issue will work for and against the class in so many ways there, and LAG would become such an issue with all the extra animation in the area.

Keep this a FF game? FFV necromancer, couldn't heal them, they were in a constant state of zombie. Could give thm a necro job based on that concept add an element of difficulty to the game. Cept my friend would be like "zav you're low on health cure III" me: "thanks man you killed me :/"

I'd love to see Necromancer in XIV, it was something I always wanted in XI since I had played a Necromancer in EQOA back in the day.

Can't say I'm interested in Necromancer at all for this game really. There's just no "dark" feel to it

This is not Guild Wars or any other MMO thatt use Necro. please don't bring up those type of classes here here. It doesn't fit the style of Final Fantasy. You can simple go back to Aoc if u like necro or wait for Guild Wars 2... So please delete this~! Thank You.

Ya to all those saying necro is not FFish, there has been necros in many of the FF games, even 11. The selbina ship gets attacked by necromancer pirates. When the ship pulls up you see hooded pirates casting spells and skeletons attacking. That made me always hope necromancer would be added to XI yet it never was :( hopefully xiv can make that happen!

Necromancer never been part of the FF series
