Even when it offered 100 Law, running it felt like a chore. Now it offers 50 esos and 10 lore, which I'm sure SE saw a decent tradeoff for 50 less "old" tomestones. For dungeon that offers nothing else to players in terms of gear or other craft fodder, it's just not enough to feel worthwhile. I'd be happier running it if it offered 120 esos and zero lore.
