Add a Lore and Gil cost to voting to dismiss a player please.

Thanks to our roulettes you can find every kind of player in every duty, no valid reason to exclude duties below level 30 and to be fair i didn't run into much trolls in my play time and i only kicked a few bunch of players, most for afking or dcing and don't coming back and i would say that ruined my experience. And for your information different playstyle is a valid kick reason aproved by GMs.

I'm not a fan of kicking themself, but i'm a fan of getting rid of people who deserve it at any time i wish to.

And you're not thinking far enough. My suggestion involves a report, so the investigation not only clears if the reason was valid, it also will penalize repeat offenders and the notorious "YES"-clickers, mostly for griefing.
Your suggestion only makes people more thinking about "is it realy worth it or can we just carry on without caring?" like the 4 hour cooldown.

People should use this tool without limitations but with more responsibility. If you do bullshit you get judged for it.

you understimate the gils of some players

This is a bad idea.

You have to take into account that trolls should not be allowed to force others to pay simply to do away with them. Also, GM's most defiantly do not have the time to shift through chat logs and reimburse players who have had to kick of their money. If you have been wrongfully banned I suggest you simply submit a ticket, and be on with your life.

Again if the person is indeed a troll then there would be no problem paying a gil fee to kick them lol

Speaking of trolls, it feels like the OP keeps pushing this just to keep people worked up. Of course there is still a problem paying to vote kick people that are trolls because the trolls win that way. If people have to pay capped tomestones to kick them, there are people that will queue again and again and again just to be a jerk and make others spend their tomestones kicking them. Same for gil.

How about this, your idea is the worst thing I've ever heard. There should not be a penalty to kick anyone. If its being abused, you have every right as the person who was kicked to put in a ticket and get the situation looked at, and if its found that you were kicked unfairly, the person/people in question can and will recieve punishment. If thats not good enough for YOU, then I don't know what to tell you. If you're trying to fix the problem of being unfairly removed, there really isn't a way to fix it. It can, and most likely will happen, but like I said, if its being abused, and it is, people can face ban time.

Quick Short story: Friend of mine Is in a roulette, Dungeoun is going super slow for him, decides to try vote abandon because he wants to leave without penalty and get out, vote does not pass. So he decided to use the kick feature instead, and everyone clicks the okay button like a buncha parrots, and a person is kicked, and he leaves without penalty. Next day, he can't log in and has an E-mail from SE slapping him with a 72 hours / 3 day ban. In short, I think the system works just fine. Don't fix what ain't broke.

If it works fine why get so worked up about it? Just because they get banned for a few days it doesn't mean they wont do it again. Slapping a charge on it would help push them not doing it again. Who wants to pay gil then get banned from the game? Actions have concenquences and paying gil should be a concenquence as well, this is a game where we work together as a community to help other players that are going slow not just kicking them. That ruins the expirence for both your friend and them. Why go through that when you can avoid it
