Being recognized in game from the Forums

LOL That's how I feel whenever I find that I'm in a party with someone from the forums!

In my experience, I once ran a dungeon with Pinkamena Pie, and was grouped with Ashkendor for A4 once. That's it as far as people from the forums that I have noticed having been grouped with. Nowadays I find myself checking the party list immediately after zoning into an instance to see if I see any familiar names from the forums. Anyone else do this? ø.Øa

The only people I've run into and actually remembered from these forums were regulars from the Lore forum. A little while back, I healed alongside Cyril Elyon. I didn't say anything, but it was nice seeing him/her as I tend to enjoy reading their input. Getting an In-Progress raid with Anony Moose was a real treat though; WoD pre-Heavensward if I can recall correctly. Real nice. :)

Nope never. Nor have i recognized others. Might be because of the fact that i mostly visit this site on my phone(like i am now) and i dont see character names

Actually truth be told im waiting for someone to recognize my Morzone/Morzy name. I use it everywhere n played RuneScape for 6 years as Morzone.

Never happened to me as far as I know. (Though I did end up one time randomly paired with someone from my FC. It took me a moment to realize it was him. I was like "Wait, don't I know you from somewhere?"

I often get recognized too, the first thing people say "Why aren't you fem roe anymore?"

I like to change it up now and again ^.^

I always call out a forum fem roe too :3 If a name resonates in my memory >.<

I WANT to run into everyone on the "Show your Roe" thread but so far it hasn't happened /sadface

I don't think I've run into anyone from the forums, but I have run into a few people on the forums I had seen in-game first.
