It's been ~two years since this was posted and there are still no Chocobo Feet available to complete the suit while an NPC in the G.Saucer stands/mocks us daily with her (yet unknown) achievement to have acquired such rarity. A bump to bring the topic from the grave is in order.
As lead of Kweh (NA Midgardsormr) I often don the "Kweh Outift" (Choco Suit + Racing Mask) for our events; I'm admittedly tired of having to explain there are NO FEET to complete the outfit and even more exhausted at having to PROVE IT to enthusiasts who've seen the feet on the NPC.
Tell me what must be done, I plead with you! What hoops of fire would you have me and my Chocobo Companion leap through.
Let us have FEET, the time has long since come/past. (Thank you for the HOUSE decor) But lets finish the costume!!!

My thread actually got a response from a forum GM, but if we keep bringing this stuff up again and again, it'll show them how much we want it, hopefully.
Yes to this and also a tail clipping fix for this, too. I can't even stand wearing both the full body reindeer cosume and this because my tail sticks out of the back end of the costume and completely ruins the whole thing.
