So long the limit break is not needed in a specific phase against a specific target, that is not the boss, to prevent a wipe (Chrysalis, as an example. Or Haukke Manor (hard) pre ilvl 110)

why shouldnt we? lol i personally love the level 3 bard LB animation so im gonna pop that everytime i get a chance dont care what any1 says about it :P
I haven't noticed any change in LB usage trends. /shrug
That's why as healer, you use the LB2 "just" before the last bar fills up.
Then snicker to yourself like a schoolgirl that just pulled a prank.
Because the melee never uses the friggin' LB.
Nuff said!
But to be honest I rarely use it - I usually forget the LB is there most of the time but yeah the animation is just so beautiful. And you know the other nice thing about it?
It mimics what Gandiva is supposed to do as well:

When fired, the bow made the sound of thunder. It has special qualities like being indestructible, having 100 bow strings, etc. Which always gave the wielder a heavy advantage over his opponent
While the single target melee dps one is better (on bosses) they usually forget it exists (I'm guilty of this) so may as well let someone use it. As for trash packs, let the casters and long range melee do their thing.
Well, I can remember when the BRD lb used to be the healer LB, and thus was never used. I think that since they got a damage LB they're all still stuck in excited mode about it.
I don't really have an issue with it, except when it's a boss with a stupid amount of HP and a melee LB3 will knock 7-10% off of it, and the ranged LB3 will knock 1-3% off and they use it.
Or they use it on a single target when the boss has an add phase they could have used it on.
