It needs to be said every time this topic is brought up:
Put old event furnishings on the Calamity Salvager!
OR
Make old event furnishings craftable!
OR
Have new event NPCs sell the previous years' furnishings!

They need to do something about this

I want a tree too.

Considering these are just glam items that don't affect game play in any way, they should just make them available during seasonal events.

Could a dev let us know what's the plan for it?

It would be awesome to be able to buy these from an npc for 20k each after I spent 6 mil for each lol.

Doubt you'll get an answer. They typically don't give us information that could affect the market.

I have 6 on my lawn and plan on getting more. It's pretty easy... I just make a pf that reads, "buying bound cherry trees, 800k per. Granting temporary housing access for delivery". It's been pretty successful for me, though prices vary. Still better than buying off MB.
