The problem is that the combat system is literally incapable of this.
I would like ilvl to be taken into account when designing mobs for current and future zones. the toughest open world mobs are at lvl60, but designed for a roughly i140 character to defeat. they are paper tigers by now. can't there be mobs that can be a challenge even at the tier past i240 roaming around? and plan their inclusion ahead of time?
