1. Play a job that has a bonus on DF.
2. Play a job that is Spirit Bonding stuff.
3. Arrange your jobs in order from 1 ~ 13 with Blm & Smn at the bottom and roll a 12 sided dice. Then if it lands on a 12 flip a coin, heads =Blm & tails =Smn.
4. Pick one you invested time onto being good at.

That makes more sense. Isn't it possible to make a macro that could randomly change jobs outside combat/dungeons/scenario? It would have to work off the saved gear sets so how would it avoid randomly changing you to a Craft or Gatherer job or tell it to random you by level? If its a random button for the gear/job presets you make how would it filter them by ilevel or by War/Hand/Field types. It would just cycle and pick from whatever gear set you saved regardless.
Well, I guess instead of hitting the roulette button until you get a DoW or DoM job your just going to be stuck going into the dungeon with a Culinarian job. Hopefully, your souffle can help save the day.

But, in all seriousness you just keep hitting the button until you get something you can run a dungeon with, kinda like if you don't get the right flying mount, and get stuck looking up fat chocobo butt. (Shiver)
Honestly it doesn't sound as bad as people are trying to make it. When you save your gear set the ilv is saved to that as well. Let it pick the class and decide the role needed for that dungeon, picks the role that matches the required criteria and minimum ilv, done.
Well now that I just realized it, what dungeons and trials cover this job roulette? Every roulette seems to fill some sort of niche, but I don't see this one filling in anything.
that's how it is. I am no raid healer or raid summoner and for the rest of content which is fairly easy, it works out just fine.
