For anyone interested the gathering related stats are:
Head: Perception +12
Body: Gathering +17, Output +5
Hands: Gathering +11
Waist: Output +8, Perception +5
Legs: Gathering +6
Feet: Gathering +11
This is all new recipe gear mind you. There's also no new leather set for this range. -
