The fish give you.... Well, fish.

The Culinarian and Alchemist Crafters tend to use fish in some of their recipies however.

If your Crafters get high enough level you get the "Desynthisis" ability which can let you turn some rare fish into special materials for the swimsuit glamours as well.

WHen I first got to 50, I farmed dungeons for tomestones of poetics in order to get a full set of blue quality gear before moving on to the Heavensward content. Once you reach level 60 the tomestomes of esoterics will be uncapped. Personally, I will farm my ass off for the full esoterics set and then carry on and do whatever I feel like in the end game. I would suggest doing raids like Alex and Void Ark to gear up, but I don't think it will be worth the bother once the esoterics are uncapped. With a full ilvl 210 set you can then carry on and progress how you want in the end game. :) I don't think crafted gear has anything on the gear obtained through dungeons/raids/tomestones once you reach the end game.

What do I farm? Illuminati perch, mostly. Morel and cuprite on bonus, and chysahl and adamantite if I haven't capped yet.
