Or know the fight so you know not to be pacified during a tank buster?

It's called co-operative play xD
Tank takes damage for you, you do your job as a healer and heal/cleanse. I mean it's right there in the name. "heal"er.
edit - i state this as someone that's mained sch and whm both. I know what it's like trying to keep debuffs cleansed.
Imo if you already know that a tank buster is coming and you're gonna IB it without having any other spare cds like vengeance, raw intuition, thrill, holmgang etc, it's a bad planning on your part to end up pacified when you're about to IB. If I'm gonna save my stacks (or infuriate) for an IB after berserk, then I'd probably rather pop it a few gcds early so that the pacification ends before the tank buster hits, or if it's not possible, I'd plan to use other cds instead of absolutely relying on IB for that.
The pacification is 5 sec, IB is 6 sec. If you die because you can't use IB due to pacification then the tank buster hits within the 5 sec pacification, so you could've survived if you used IB before pacification (delay your berserk by 1 gcd so the IB will fit inside the berserk duration). I think the risk of relying on an external help for something with so little room for error is not really worth it compared to the dps loss from moving your berserk timing 1-2 gcds (since you plan to IB you must be saving 5 stacks or infuriate so you can't triple fell cleave anyway), but that's just my opinion.
Our Bard has her Warden's Paean macro'd to #NeedyTank lol
As a BRD, I don't care how your macro is, just create one. I need to NOT spend time constantly targeting you just to see if Berserk is up.
Yeah, I can Focus Target you, but Focus Target only shows 5 icons; and sadly, sometimes Berserk won't show on the Focus Target list (crazy because once Pacification hits, it WILL show).
I haven't been playing this game nearly as long as many of you guys have and I'm not at end-game (I don't even have Heavensward yet), but when I use Berserk, it's knowing that I'm going to be using a couple non-weapon skills after it wears off. I feel that because it's my ability I'm using and I'm in full control of my character, I should be responsible for the pacification.
If I ever get to a point where I'm playing with a static and my healer *wants* to know when I use berserk, I'll create a macro for it. Otherwise, I feel like I would be bothering the people I'm playing with.
