Level 60 Roulette in 3.2

I agree, it should definitely be added to roulettes.

They only need to make the algorithm to fill the groups around first-timers in the order they queued up. I'm pretty sure that's how it already works.

Besides, some people do MSR for the exp and would only be eligible for the level 50 dungeons. They would help fill prae and castrum.

It's Hullbreaker for me. I got it like...five days in a row. :p

Though I would like to see ARF added to the roulette. It's a wonderfully engaging dungeon.
