You'd THINK that, except the NPCs still talk about how it's called that because of how dry it is, and how water is precious, and etc. etc.

Clear skies in Mist housing area/Limsa Lominsa. The white stone becomes so shiny and is a beautiful contrast to the vibrant blue sky :o
Heatwave in Southern Thanalan. Such an intense color! And makes the desert really feel like one ;)
Odin's Weather in Southern Shroud is also pretty :3
Oh, and I absolutely love Snowstorms in the western Highlands and gentle snowfall at night in Lower Ishgard. Combined with the music, nearly makes me cry everytime...so desolate and cold and sad, but all the more worth it to reach an outpost or a warm inn room.

Umbral Static. It's also in Ramuh but not called Umbral Static there.

Clear weather in Azys Lla is novel whether it's day or night. Umbral Static is nice, as is clear weather in Mor Dhona.

Clear weather at night in Western Highlands is probably my favorite, though.

I was in diadem the other day, and was surprised to see the weather change to hyperelectricity. You could say i was a bit shocked to see that. @_@

Not that I know of, still worked for me. (At least before the last patch, not seen that weather since cuz not been in the zones for it.)

I love clear skies, especially at night. Looks good in every zone.

I do also like the thundery rainy weather too though. I love most of them to be honest except ones that limit view like fog. I like enjoying the landscape. :3
