It won't go up till scheduled time, they moved to this during patch 2.3 or 2.4 because people were getting on and completing weekly activities early in the morning.

They don't typically release patches this early, I believe. It's usually a few hours before servers are up

Mine's all done downloading. Took about 10 minutes.

Gosh darn Canada.

Why do people keep insisting they're going to wait until reset? The game is scheduled to open up at 1 AM PST, which is well (6 hours, I think) before reset. Not that they're necessarily going to be done early, or that the patch file being available means they're ready to go, but reset isn't an issue here.
