Lala looks like Range DPS to me. I think tank is either the woman facing away and has the cape or the miqote in the middle with the frills.

nah I looked on reddit and they have translated the set names.

from left to right :
caster
tank
ninja
dragoon
healer
monk
bard/machinist

My guess would be the female with her back to us is the Tank. If you look close it has heavier armor elements integrated into it and it is the only one that is completely different to all the others.
