The thing is, some people feel as though their server suck while other people only want to play with people they know.

1. Add NM's with special glamour or weapons that you can sell your claim your drop.
2. Boat racing near the dock of wolves den, just like chocobo racing except with boats and going full circle.
3. Adding Sprint to Chocobo or jet boost on Magitek armor and burst of speed on flying mounts just like running sprint but with a timer.
4 Chocobo digging just like FFXI add this to FFXIV you dig to find stuff add items revolving around your chocobo and items to sell.
1) I agree.
2) This would be a good idea, but what incentives would they implement? More glamour options? Offering dev-given gifts would seem odd since it's done among your personal guild.
3) Indeed, airship exploration is answering this. And before that, hunts answered it. Perhaps not as well as it could have, but it did.
4) While I like the idea of penalizing you for failure, I do not think that this is a good idea. FATEs are only as successful as the community is, and there are certain ones that are nigh impossible to do without a large number of people. I really wouldn't like to see giant crabs and goobbues running about just because nobody wanted to do the FATE. This might also make players feel as if they're inclined to stop and do them all the time, and nobody wants to do that.
5) I partly agree. It would encourage players to solo-run dungeons to get the gear and sell it at a high price for players that want to access it early, thus giving them no reason to run the content themselves. And when the prices are deemed too high and players do run the content themselves, this niche in the market will likely just fizzle out.
6) Yes. I recall a GM stating that they were looking into the Crystal Tower portion.
7) No, thanks. Not only would it seem jarring from a lore-perspective, but God forbid you accidentally stumble into that area, or someone decides to place a FATE or something too close to it.
8) How would this work, exactly? And how would they balance it across all the classes and roles? If they increase anything concerning WHM's potency, for instance, then it will become overpowered. If they increase its DPS output, then it will run the same risk. That will also just fuel more discussions about healers fitting into DPS slots, and that's an argument that already seems to have no end in sight.
9) On this, I can agree. Hard work goes into crafting end-level gear. I personally think that what we make ourselves should at least be in the same ballpark as the gear that we currently spam Seal Rock for countless hours to purchase. The hard work put into crafting yields very little in this regard.
10) I believe they're already looking into this.
11) I'm all for more customization and preference settings, but we run the risk of imbalance. It's also a bit of a moot point since diversity in party composition, something the game rewards you for, already achieves this. It would also go against what the devs have been doing in terms of keeping everyone on the same level.
12) Yes, please!
13) Didn't something in FFXI work like this? I'm all for this sort of idea (I was hoping they might take a note from Rikku in FFX and make a new job from it), but this might only complicate our current inventory issues.
14) A personalized Limit Break, perhaps? How would this balance out across different roles? Would it be used in dungeons as well, or just out on the world field?
15) I think the airship raids are answering this, as well.
16) Memory issues.
17) This would solve #16, as well as a number of other unlisted issues. This is coming from someone who was a PS3 user until recently.
Item Decay.
