I will be honest the only time I do see it as a healer responsibility is when they become poisoned/fire dot, because I have noticed even with sustain and healing from myself the HP still drops quite a bit, instance being in Stone Vigil and I use Ifrit a lot unless it is just impossible to use safely and I have zero ways to remove it.

Well they had to cut out the TP numbers so they could fit in the TP bars. So yeah, not going to happen as they have consistently highlighted limitations not allowing more UI stuff.
