The absolute lowest level mobs in the area will be the equivalent of A Ranks, and chests will drop upon defeat, with randomised drops. It doesn't sounds like a specific enemy will drop a specific reward that has to be repeatedly camped and farmed.

Seems to be the defense against camping for an item....they said it requires lots of luck....RNG!
