We're best off not giving people skills like this. I trust my ability to dodge aoes more than I trust a random player to use a skill like this without either trolling or getting me killed (or getting me extremely inconvenienced).

Trolls are only part of the problem. Bad players who would unintentionally use the skill in extremely annoying, detrimental ways are the other part. The skill suggestion is horrible, WoW using doesn't mean it's a good idea.

Players do not need to have the ability to relocate other players. at least not without confirmation, which isn't exactly convenient in the middle of a fight.
